Is a informal gathering of amateur astronomers.
It's a small informal astronomy star party for Electronically Assisted live and semi live viewing of deep space objects and planets. A star party where the light police are not part of the party. Monitors are open air and participants need not have red lights only. Not your normal astronomy star party at all.
WHERE IS the NSN star party held?
It was decided that ECVAR would be held somewhere central on the east coast. The state of Virgina is about as central as it gets .It has been held in Virgina for 12 years now.
The camp site has not been chosen for 2023 yet.
The 2023 NSN STAR PARTY is to be held on the dates listed below.
